This session discussed strategies for right-sizing equipment inventory based on utilization and the value a right-sizing process will bring to forecasting capital and operating budgets. Steps to ensure appropriate asset mix for procedure volume and reduction of loaner dependency were discussed and practical approaches for implementing the right-sizing process were outlined.
